Hit Reese Bros Barbecue in San Antonio today. The best tray of barbecue I've had in several months - and I eat barbecue at least once a week. I wouldn't be surprised to see it in the top 10 in 2025 if they keep up this level of cooking. @BBQsnob @BBQpodcast

Grabbed a quick bite @StilesSwitchBBQ in Cedar Park for lunch today. Thanks to the cutter who tossed a couple burnt ends on the tray without me noticing. Really nice to have great barbecue close.

After asking the experts, @BBQsnob and @BBQpodcast,and getting little guidance, I followed the recommendation of a friend from the internet Briskettexan. Grabbed a late lunch in San Angelo at @Southern_smokeQ. Got 1/2# each of moist brisket and cheesy jalapeño sausage. Great!

Hit up old favorite - Brotherton's Black Iron Barbecue for lunch today. While I love brisket by the pound, I really enjoy being able to get other interesting options from @TexasMonthly Top 50 locations. @BBQsnob Had a simple tray with Texas Reuben, blackberry cobbler & blue bell.
