.@VodafoneUK how do I register a complaint? 20yr+ customer. Ordered phone upgrade for C&C. You emailed to say it’s in. Drove 1 hour round trip. Phone out of stock. Can’t tell me when restocked. Cancelling takes 72 hrs so can’t buy a new phone yet you’ve hit me with credit check🤬

Thursday evening 5K Shaved almost 2min 30 off last week’s PB of 2021 and closed the gap to just over 4mins away from my all time PB. First time this year I felt like I was pushing myself along the track rather than dragging myself 😂 ☀️🌳🏃🏻 #CouchTo5K #C25K #running

Week 8, Run 1 Missed all my runs this week and really felt it in the first half - but decided to run past the 28mins and reach my first 5k of the year! 🎉 So far behind my 25min PB of last year, but will get there! #CouchTo5k #running ☀️🌳🏃🏻💚
