Texted this photo to my brother today. A yr ago this week for his leukemia treatment. Replied: “It’s odd - I forget it all even happened. Been so focused on the kids, work & life.” Hundreds of hours of chemo. Multiple 30 day stints in hospital. Birth of son missed. Holidays
Excellent. Needed to produce 3M stem cells. Provided more than 4M. Transplanted to him this afternoon. We’re optimistic. Now we wait to see how he reacts to my immune system in the coming days.
