Yesterday we used the beautiful resources produced by @_LisaCherry to support our #protectivebehaviours mentoring course. Learning about the importance of safe language & how this can enable ourselves & others to #feelsafe Our group is ages 14-17 and they loved them. Thank you💜

A real honour this week when @BroomEdwardsT44 joined our young men & boys group. Engaging in real talk, sowing seeds of the importance of endurance, commitment and being your very best with something you truly love. He inspired our boys to believe they can achieve. Thank you 💜.
What I do in high jump is very specific, but my journey is what's relatable. It was amazing to be involved in the incredibly positive work that Stacey and Co are doing for the young people of Coventry through @C_O_Visions. It was my absolute pleasure to be a part of it.

I had to describe my AuDHD child's school masking to a psychologist yesterday and I came up with a pretty efficient analogy. At school she is beautiful origami. Everybody loves to look at the origami, and marvel at how pleasant it is, but nobody thinks about the complicated. 1/4
