When Bill first started working at @LMMCleveland's 2100, he already knew a lot of the residents from his personal experience of being homeless. He uses his charm and deadpan sense of humor to start conversations with even the quietest residents.

Robert Walker, known as “Big Rob,” stands at 6’4” and plays an essential role in de-escalating physical conflict at @LMMCleveland 's 2100. He sees the staff and residents he works with as family and is a resource to help them work through their traumas.

Although he grew up in a middle-class home with two working parents, Dave's curiosity attracted him to drugs, guns, and petty crimes. He now is the heart of the de-escalation training that every staff member at @LMMCleveland's 2100 is required to take.
