When Bill first started working at @LMMCleveland's 2100, he already knew a lot of the residents from his personal experience of being homeless. He uses his charm and deadpan sense of humor to start conversations with even the quietest residents.

Robert Walker, known as “Big Rob,” stands at 6’4” and plays an essential role in de-escalating physical conflict at @LMMCleveland 's 2100. He sees the staff and residents he works with as family and is a resource to help them work through their traumas.

Good Knights, a non-profit in Lorain County that makes and delivers beds to kids in need, is hosting an event on April 22nd to gauge interest levels in starting a Cleveland chapter!. Coffee and donuts will be provided. Learn more and register here:

Although he grew up in a middle-class home with two working parents, Dave's curiosity attracted him to drugs, guns, and petty crimes. He now is the heart of the de-escalation training that every staff member at @LMMCleveland's 2100 is required to take.

New York high school students teamed up with @grassrootgrocer, a local nonprofit, to deliver excess cafeteria food to local food pantries. With 3,000 pounds donated so far, they have no plans of stopping soon!
