Although I disagree with two points made here, it’s by and large a great summary of the province’s changes to how nuisance grizzly bears are handled. The numbers don’t make sense. More needs to be done to define and accommodate expanding pops to keep bears and people safe.
EDITORIAL: The statistics used by the province to argue the need for the return of the grizzly bear hunt were always suspicious.
