⚠️ Strong to locally damaging winds continue into this afternoon. Islip, JFK, and LaGuardia all have gusted above 50 mph in the past hour. Gusts across Long Island or coastal CT could approach 70 mph. These winds can knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects!
