Booster 18 stacking is obviously well underway but I imagine we should see a test article for a booster forward section soon. Structural qualification testing of this new design is probably be high on SpaceX priority list.
The first integrated hot stage section for the next generation version 3 super heavy boosters is visible in the Starfactory tonight. 7/16/25

Interesting they didn’t mention anything about a secondary function as a LOX header tank here. 🤔.
Installing the redesigned fuel transfer tube into the first next generation Super Heavy booster. Roughly the same size as the first stage of a Falcon 9 rocket, the new transfer tube is responsible for channeling cryogenic fuel from Super Heavy's main tank to its 33 Raptor

What was initially thought to be legs for the ring stand are most likely brackets for mounting RVac bracing as mentioned in this post. 👇🏾.
15. One modification needed for the transport stand would be these 6 posts used to mount stabilizer brackets for the RVac nozzles. (RVac brackets are piled up on the platform in this image.). Not sure if they have these lying around. and if they do they may need to save them

We previously observed a few of the clamps being removed, but were unable to confirm if it was for typical refurbishment. Thanks to @RGVaerialphotos we can now confirm they have all been removed. Its now pretty clear that the Ship Ring Wall Stand will be integrated onto the
Thankfully, with the addition of these legs, it no longer appears that the launch mount adapter for the ship will be integrated with the hold down clamps 🙌🏾. These should make the footprint wide enough to attach it to the top of the deck. 📸: @lifeatstagezero

Possible recreation of the events that let to ship 36 anomaly. Great to see signs of investigating the failures.
The @NASASpaceflight McGregor Live cameras noticed an "observation" today, as what looked like part of a tank was launched into the air leaving behind a large cloud of gas. As with most of these tests we do not know if this was intentional test or not.
