This next episode feels like its going to be 90-120 minutes long...and I can't do anything about it. Apparently I can not explain the new features of Stage Zero 2.0 without including an in depth explanation about why each an every aspected of the updated design was necessary.

Here’s a better representation of the new structure being assembled around the Static Fire Test Stand! Purpose still unknown
The new frames fabricated at Sanchez were moved over to Massey's recently and much speculation around them as to what they could be for. Still a few question marks but its looking like a vertical structure as part of the static fire test stand. Some options include docking and

In the bottom left corner of this image you can see the beginning of very large unknown steel truss structure that will either go around, or in front of the static fire test stand. If it’s a vertical structure, It might end up going all the way up to the payload section of the

Am I the only one getting a 10 fold increase in spam phone calls since the start of the week? Seems like someone just activated a massive SIM server within the last few days.

@RyanHansenSpace's Baby Raptor simulation is coming along well even though he hates that I've named it B.R.

For those who will inevitably suggest I split it into multiple episodes, this is technically part 4 of a 5 part Stage Zero series. I have no plans of breaking it into even smaller parts.

Started the Stage Zero 2.0 flame trench deep dive about 7 months ago while simultaneously working on other topics. But I’ve been 100% focused on it for the last 4 weeks or so. Still discovering new things literally everyday but research/script writing phase is nearing

Booster 19 common dome preparing to be stacked onto the A2:4 section. It will be interesting to see if this booster is speed stacked. Not speed stacked - meaning rushed - but less delays between each operation

The second arm of the chopsticks for Pad A have been shortened down. Now all of the landing rail components, and hydraulics can be re-installed in their shortened configuration. 🎥: @LabPadre

Thats one hell of a structural qualification test on the transfer tube. The fact that its still standing is extremely impressive.

I kind of wish they put the longer chines on the back side of the booster instead of the front. That’s the only part of this design that seems slightly goofy to me.
Super heavy booster 18 on the road to Starbase Massey's test site for initial cryo proof testing. This is the first next gen V3 booster and will launch on Starship test flight 12 as soon as January 2026. 11/20/25

Wow I’m really liking the path Blue Origin is headed down! Seems like most people expected them to settle with current design of BE4 and NG instead of iterating the design over time. I hope the upgrade thrust will help it get off the pad faster! Can’t wait to see the 9 engine
Starting with NG-3, we will phase in a series of upgrades to the New Glenn launch system designed to increase payload performance, launch cadence, and enhance reliability. Read more: https://t.co/7kAvogzmey

Lots of interesting details here but I'm really liking the extra paneling on the forward heat shield. Its clear they plan to continue having the center engines gimbaled outward during hot staging. I would love to know how many stage separation events they expect this to be
Booster 18, the first Super Heavy V3, is beginning prelaunch testing. The first operations will test the booster's redesigned propellant systems and its structural strength
