Is anyone else tired of the obvious discussion on opioids really illicit opioids being INTENTIONALLY just referred to as opioids in order to confuse the public. Heroin is an opioid & so is fentanyl which has a legitimate medical use as do most opioids.The issue is illicits not Rx

@RepMikeLawler It’s tragic. Unfortunately, this is happening every day to the chronic pain community. It’s happening here bc of the war on drugs. Drs refuse to prescribe anymore bc of an out-of-control DEA & the “opioid settlement” (grift). It’s well past time to end the drug war massacre.

@RepMikeLawler You act like she would’ve gotten better care & treatment if she was in the US. In fact, she’d have been told she’d be at risk of addiction & even accused of being a drug seeker if she were in the US & then red-flagged & labeled as such for even daring to say she was in pain.
