Barry Morphew bond conditions modified. Support from his daughters & lack of "real criminal history" means he can post the $3 million bond through a bail bonds company if he can find one. It would cost him $300k or 10%. And he wouldn't get that money back.

NEW: Barry Morphew gets a reprieve from the judge -- he can get a surety for his $3 million bond, meaning he would only have to put up 10 percent, or $300,000, to secure his release from jail awaiting trial for the murder of his wife, Suzanne Morphew.
