Hot weather can be deadly for pets. The Red Cross warns: never leave pets in cars, avoid walking on hot pavement, and always provide shade + fresh water. Signs of heat stroke: heavy panting, red gums, weakness. Act fast—cool them down and call your vet.

🔥 Smoke from wildfires can travel for miles & even people who are healthy may be at risk from exposure to fine particulate matter in the air. These particles can pose health risks, especially with prolonged exposure.
