What an incredible achievement by Philippe Poncet, a French man who finished the last leg of an international cycling tour in Galway, joined by Sean Kelly, a former Irish champion cyclist and supported by @CyclingIreland. Philippe was diagnosed with stage 4 COPD in 2008.
Ireland's former professional cycling champion Sean Kelly and Italy's Claudio Chiappucci are in Galway for the last leg of an international tour to raise awareness of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.
