All of this was doable because of our collaborative work every day to realize a more just and equitable Seattle for all. We centered racial justice in our work and have delivered innovative programs and funding to bolster the resilience of our community. /5

reframing the conversation and taking action on police reform and accountability, strengthening climate resiliency strategies, protecting tenants, workers, and small businesses during the pandemic, providing relief to thousands of people during this pandemic, and more. /4

Some of the policy wins from the last 6 years: paid family leave, expanding early learning & childcare, fighting for dignity of workers, funding legal aid for immigrants and DACA recipients, defending our democracy from foreign influence, passing progressive revenue, /3

and many public servants across local, state, and federal government over my more than six years of service at the City of Seattle. Over the last six years, we made meaningful progress for workers, children and immigrants across Seattle! /2
