Learning Rural Transformation from the Ground Up. 📍 Day 2 – Raigad Field Visit. CM Fellows visited Mangaon Taluka, exploring 3 vibrant villages —supported by @WeAreSwades ; each showing how a united community, can turn a shared vision into tangible progress. (1/4)

Across all villages one could find:.✨ Will to excel.✨ Honesty to accept failures.✨ Heart warming hospitality. Swades role as catalyst: It acts as a facilitator, not provider – enabling communities to take charge of their own growth, build leadership, and sustain progress.

📍 Day One Visits.Fellows were split into smaller groups to visit villages in Sudhagad and Tala Talukas. Some villages achieved the Dream Village benchmark, others are on the journey to be.

Taking Policy to the People!. Fellows of the CM Fellowship Program 2025 embarked on a field visit in Raigad district to explore Dream Village- a rural development model by Swades Foundation.

Led by Mr. Sameer Pande (MD, MKCL) with his team- Ms. Shraddha Gotkhindikar, Mr. Mohsin Shaikh & Mr. Anupam Kshirsagar, the session covered various AI tools to facilitate administration while cautioning about the ethical practices and data privacy in governance. (2/3).

As part of the CM Fellowship academic module, Fellows attended an engaging session on “Useful AI Tools in Administration” by MKCL at @iitbombay. “AI is need of the hour and as CM Fellows AI must be used not to replace HI, but to strengthen governance,” said Mr. Pande. (1/3)

🎓The CM Fellowship Program 2025 formally commenced today with the inauguration of Certificate Course in Public Policy at @iitbombay. 📃This course will equip Fellows with academic tools & field experience which will help them in contributing meaningfully at their placements.
