A 60F with a PMH of depression and anxiety on duloxetine, buspirone, and trazodone presents with gradual onset worst headache of life. MRI of the Brain demonstrated bilateral basal ganglia hemorrhage with some areas of infarction on FLAIR (A,D), DWI (B,E), and ADC (C,F).
