The only way to actually escape Twitter ("X") is to gather enough personal gravity (gravitas) and accumulate enough presence with physical gravity (gravity) to actually stop orbiting around the 20,000 people here you have abnormal parasocial attachment to.

1. 6pm -> 2am. 8 hour shift. Mostly walking in circles. 2. Get home, very tired. Hour in bed. Light sleep, ~7 hours, in and out. Little REM, I think. 3. Wake up 9am. Mosey for 30m. Recover a word: “Fascism”. Immediate, simple relief. 4. Reset meridian response.
