After two trials, Luis Salinas was wrongly convicted of attempted murder based on eyewitness misidentification, junk science, and government misconduct.
Exciting update! On June 4, 2025, the court granted an Order to Show Cause in the Luis Salinas case! 🙌🏽. This powerful result is thanks to the incredible work of our Staff Attorney @CISalinasss, who poured her heart and soul into Mr. Salinas’s habeas petition.
