On Wednesday 13th we have our Literacy Parent Information Evening at 5.30pm with a presentation focusing on supporting reading. On Monday the Scholastic Book Fair begins and runs for two weeks before and after school and during breaks.

Well done to the Year 7 CHS team who won the MUFC U12 Emerging Talent tournament finals at Manchester United's training ground at Carrington last Tuesday!.MUFC representatives will be coming into school in September to present the boys with their prize. Congratulations Year 7's!

Tomorrow our wonderful Sixth Form Students are hosting a bake sale for the WDC. Bakes will range from 50p to £1. Anyone can contribute to the sale and those who do so will be rewarded with Ethos points and when all are judged there will be prizes for the best cakes!
