It's not just Adobe that pulls this shit. One of the problems I'm up against right now is that I'm trying to do very high-grade audio processing with free tools. Good software is expensive, and some of it requires licensing schemes that are Adobe-ish in their sheer dickery.
Do I cancel 4 days early just for the bit? @Adobe This is fucking awesome, I love the way you guys operate, because like, the audacity is insane.

The reason PC gaming will eternally win all console wars is because with mods and infinite configurability, everything is possible. You can craft the experience you want! You have all the control, you're not playing in anyone's walled garden.
I can't believe this just works. With the right mods you can make Rimworld into one of the most compelling real time tactics games available today. You can do XCOM (1993) air assaults - tanks and all - in a ship you built by hand, with soldiers you raised from birth.
