CDSCO issues guidance document for the Subject Expert Committee review process, their roles and responsibilities etc. This documents aims to enhance predictability, transparency, accountability etc in the review process.

CDSCO extends deadline for mandatory filing of applications for issue of WHO GMP/CoPP till 15th Aug 2025. However, those already registered may file their applications voluntarily.

CDSCO automates issue of MD certificates.Mfrs approach CDSCO for issue of Market Standing Certificate and Non-conviction certificate for tendering purpose etc. Now the process has been automated and the certificates are generated automatically by the system @JPNadda @MoHFW_INDIA

CDSCO NoC is required for export of unapproved drugs and new drugs. CDSCO has streamlined the process and also initiated issue of one year NoC in the spirit of ease of doing business subject to conditions. The revised process is live on SUGAM portal.
