Therapeutic implications are key: ERBB2 alterations in micropapillary UC suggest a potential role for HER2-targeted therapies. Elevated TMB in plasmacytoid, micropapillary, and neuroendocrine subtypes may translate into better responses to immune checkpoint inhibition.
