By my count, #Badgers football has a pool of 67 players that could be on the DSA list and have to put at least 15 on the list.
Those athletes put on a DSA list are (1) exempt from roster limits at their current school and (2) are exempt from roster limits at their new school should they transfer. The DSA tag remains with the athlete for their career - another piece negotiated in the settlement.
