Happy new year from the CBWPS team. The 2010s in Cornwall have produced: Paddyfield Pipit, 2 Brown Booby, Royal Tern, BB Albatross, Grey Catbird, Trindade Petrel, Amur Falcon, Dalmatian Pelican, Red-billed Tropicbird, Hermit Thrush, Scarlet Tanager and Green Heron. Roll on 2020s!

Cornish Chough Fact of the Day The tell-tale call of the Chough also links to its unusual name. It is written as Chough, it was originally said as "Chow". Which is exactly the sound you should be listening out for around Cornwall if you wish to see one of these local beauties.
