👇 Exactly. It's a PARTIAL restoration of furloughed $ taken from staff/faculty. It's a step, that our pressure has contributed to. @UCWArizona And we'll keep pushing for a full restoration of our wages. We're also pushing for rehiring to pre-covid staff & faculty & student #'s.

@UCWArizona @uarizona @UAZProvost @UArizonaPres @CAJUArizona Making it so the colleges have to pay for it is ridiculous. Same with the whole UCAP. Here's how much less you are making, but as far as closing that gap, it's on colleges. Research depts may be able to find the money through federal grants, but those providing service will not.

We know we just gave you a raise, but now we need to fire you because faculty and staff lost confidence in you because of the raise we gave you. Why is that hard to understand?
