On my flight was talking to a guy next to me & it came up that I run. He starts telling me how I need to train high mileage & pulls up an analysis he’d made of a pro runner’s training on his phone. The pro runner was me. It was my training. Didn’t have the heart to tell him.

I don't know the right decision regarding Shelby's appeal, but for our sport's integrity we can't blatantly ignore IAU/CAS rulings. It sets a dangerous precedent + compromises athletes running the Trials. @usatf cannot allow suspended athletes to race, period. #cleanUSATF.

Watching this race makes me want to run the 10k again 😤 absolutely electric.
This 10,000m race has me glued to the TV. American almost wiped out mid-race but got back on the horse. Ethiopians working together, conversing mid-race. Ugandan asserted dominance with some hand fighting. The drama is phenomenal. Oh yeah and the pace is insane. #Olympics.

@PatrickPrice @usantidoping I was actually in the testing pool from 2017-2018 and was tested three times. I was dropped from the testing pool after being injured/not competing for a year. Both Sally and I were tested after Manchester RR this past year.
