Hi, it would be helpful if ASDA Mobile addressed this issue. ASDA Mobile cuts off the phone of this Elderly vulnerable customer every month despite her having a valid payment card & selecting the recurring billing option that ASDA Mobile repeatedly fails to honour.

It has to be assumed that no response from anyone @asda_mobile or @asda indicates #ASDA is unable or unwilling to respond to the issue, nor explain the failures to renew recurring bundles. People have signed up to those bundles believing they are hassle-free automatic renewals.

Having developed consistently over the years to be arguably the best banking app @NatWest_Help there are still some minor deficiencies of particularl benefit to customers if resolved. This idea of a tick to indicate info the customer should look at has been broken for years.

Misleading advertising by @asdamobile @AsdaServiceTeam @asda offering recurring bundles not always true. Older people not tech savvy at renewing are cut off. Vulnerable people shouldn’t rely on false claims as #Asda appears unable to ensure #Asdamobile bundles renew as promised.

A reason not to choose @asda_mobile mobile is that #Asda does not necessarily renew bundles when set to recurring bundle even if there are funds on one!s account, to clarify, for any of those wondering whether the issue is the customer does not have funds. No. They just fail.

It’s a disgrace that for many months since my 89 year old mother joined @asda_mobile #ASDA has repeatedly failed to auto renew her bundle. She is left without service every month until one of us able to renew it. My mother cannot handle renewal herself. What is auto renewal for?

Two @AddisHome dish brushes with completely different performance standards after 6 months mixed use at kitchen sink. The top one, ostensibly the better longer lasting brush sheds micro plastics (see plug hole) which find their way into our fish, #ADDIS you need to fix that.

You are quite right, though ripping the label is problematic for other buyers. However, when so much of a piece of meat is concealed from view then that is an issue. Would you like steak that looks like this? No. I don’t think it’s what @AldiUK expect either from their supplier.

@AldiUK @BuyersReport It’s very poor practice to cover the meat at one end to make the piece look bigger than it is. I rip them off to look for the piece I want. We’re not stupid. Just let us see what we’re buying.

Interesting to discover the wide range of views about quality meat & the number of people who don’t understand the importance of quality & also the consumers’ perspective. The buyers ability to inspect has revealed surprising misunderstanding amongst some respondents.

Our lovely Dora’s 15th Christmas this year. I’ve had her since I was 16 and she was 13 weeks old ❤️ When I went to see her she was being kept in a cupboard because the person who had bought her had a child allergic to her, I brought her home the same night, the rest is history ❤️

We were contacted about a cat dying in the streets. Someone saw two men drop him off in a carrier and walk away. They left food and water. We rushed to the scene to help, and luckily he was still breathing. As of now, he can barely stand and is skin and bones. PAYPAL INBIO 😩🙏

A verified call from @monzo Bank today, revealed to me that the Bank has been snooping on my financial affairs in other account elsewhere. This is unlawful, an infringement of my Article 8 ECHR rights & overreach in the extreme. Please explain how #Monzo Bank justifies this?
