I wanted to add that the image of the return label isn't a case of user error. I am a software engineer. My web browser is perfectly capable of displaying Unicode characters. The label is an image. The company had to have prepared that image before sending it.

Naturally I'm upset. In the end I received the refund, but it doesn't appear Amazon is taking my complaint seriously so I thought you might like to know. At least it is a compliment that people are trying to copy your work.

The cheap knockoff tore when I tried to install it on our AC units. The dimensions of the product do not match the description. It took me 2 hours with Amazon customer support to get a refund once I discovered it would cost more to return ship the product than it cost.
