Unpopular opinion: Big arms aren’t aesthetic.. Your delts and chest should overpower your arms I never deliberately train arms for this reason.. you get plenty of activation from compound movements

Everyone thinks you need to count calories to lose weight. You don’t. Cut calories that don’t fill you: • Processed sugar • Refined grains • Fried foods • Oils/fats Add calories that do fill you: • Whole grains • Vegetables • Fruits • Meat You will eat fewer calories
