Every single one of these is a downgrade. If "Modernization" means removing their original Rock And Roll aesthetics and inspiration then I do not care for it.
Something I like about the design philosophy of Guilty Gear Strive is the "modernization" of the character visuals.
The outfits look less from a typical 90s anime and more what you might see in a 2000s anime, like the game evolved with the times.
Plus, it's easier to cosplay!
