Unusual for a demolition permit to be pending for any length of time. They're generally permitted the same day. But that's what we have for 2133 North Fremont.
I certainly hope the fencing just put up in front of 2133 N Fremont St is just for renovation. However thatβs rarely the case π€ No sale records & itβs been 3-unit rental. @BuildingChi

The 3-story building at left was permitted in September 2016, to be an addition to Kingston Mines next door. it looks like it was never finished. Yesterday, the city ordered its demolition.
