Great to see positive #NHS Volunteer to Career debate on @StormHuntley @channel5_tv! To be clear: volunteers support, NOT replace, staff while gaining valuable experience. 55% of our participants move into healthcare careers. Volunteers enhance care, freeing staff time! Thoughts?

Our Patient Panel met our colleagues from the Simulation Suite. The Sim Suite recreates a wide range of medical conditions and trauma scenarios. The Panel learnt about the purpose of simulation and the difference it can make. Thanks to the Sim Suite for everything you do! πŸ‘
