Just want to speak on the losing the pick situation if Deni was still in DC. Sure they might have the best odds for sixth or seventh overall, but that still leaves a scenario where they drop out of the top eight. With this teams lottery luck, you don’t wanna take those chances.
These two + Deni would’ve been a legit foundation for the next Wizards playoff team but Dawkins decided to give up on Deni way too early 🤷🏽♂️ And no, Deni wouldn’t have helped us win too many games to the point where we would’ve lost our pick. I’m tired of hearing that excuse.
