Can I also add, you never really figure out how to actually deal with this. (At least I haven't). I think you learn to decipher what criticism is worth it and what isn't. What I can tell you is you NEED to develop quality coaches in your lives. Coaches > Critics.

Personality and attitude are one of the biggest factors when it comes to hiring artists. I would rather hire a young artist with great attitude than an experienced senior who acts like he knows more than everyone else (even if he might). This is a story about the latter. 1/8.

I never paywall advice, I try my best to answer DM’s and emails. If you want feedback, industry advice etc it’s always gonna be free, I’ll never charge for that stuff.

It's just not possible. Try to do anything remotely heavy and you run into issues in every nook and corner. Moving on from AE as my main package was one of the better career decisions I have made.

I am all for transmedia and stretching your IP into new markets but you don’t change the source material. The Halo original canon is incredibly dense and good. You had libraries of narratives you could have told instead we got crap that broke halos rules. What could have been.

Updated camera movements. And then we have done a quick test render and slapcomp to boot! Karma CPU at about 15 minutes. Bryan NUKE slap comp of about 2 hours 🤣
