This would be a win-win, and it's not even "freedom of movement" (not that we're against part of the Single Market). The government should accept the EU's offer.
A Youth Mobility Scheme would be great for young people, great for small businesses, and a big step towards repairing the relationship with our European neighbours. But the Prime Minister’s ruled it out. So today at #PMQs Ed Davey challenged him to think again.
