Arc members can now download Dia at !. To log in:.1. You'll need to create a 🆕 Dia account using your Arc email address. 2. You can find your Arc email by heading to Arc > Settings > Account. 3. You don't need to use the same password for Dia and Arc!

Some Arc for Windows Members experienced a crash when booting v 1.16.1. This has been fixed, and we've released an updated v 1.16.2. For those members affected, please go directly to to fetch the fixed version, and apologies again for the hassle caused.

Some Arc for Windows Members experienced an issue where they were signed out after restarting the app. This has been fixed as of v.1.11.3 Release/1.12.0 (52048) Early Birds. Please update to receive the fix. You can update from the Arc Menu > Check for Updates. Thanks so much.

We're investigating an on-going issue with account creation and unexpected log-outs. 🔎 . For some, Easels and Notes are also unavailable. We have a hunch this is related to our authentication service and we're investigating a fix ASAP.
