#OnThisDay 1960: Fyfe Robertson visited Berney Arms - a remote Norfolk village that consisted of a train station, three houses, and a pub.

Ted Ellis, the well-known Norfolk naturalist, kept detailed journals from a young age. His daughter, Prof. Suzie Hanna, gave a poignant presentation at a Mill & the Marsh Folk Project event in June. The talk was recorded and is available to listen to here:

Mutton's Mill on Halvergate Marshes looking fine since it has been restored through the @Broads_LPS project 🎉 Spruced up brickwork, fantail, cap & ironwork, with a new set of four sails being installed soon. Massive thanks to students Tom & Alex for all their hard work!
