After over 100miles, 29:45 minutes of running and nearly 5800m of climbing we at @BridgendAC can only stand back in awe as club stalwart Sean Tobin takes joint 1st place in the GB Ultra Yr Wyddfa Ultra on the weekend.

Monday night saw us on Merthyr Mawr Lane - with sets of 400 or 500m. Great efforts from all - the effort session being one of key sessions for those wanting to improve their running ability. Thanks to the times Jacquie and Stu as always.
