If your team CRAMPED in Week 1, it's because they were not exposed to the game demands of their position(s). It had NOTHING to do with how many Gassers, 40s, or 110s you ran for "conditioning." Also, running ONLY 10yd FLYS does not expose them to the High Speed Acceleration
