HB 1704 would revise workforce options and serve as a powerful, modern, recruiting tool for New Hampshire’s pubic sector!

☝️Question of the day: When a teacher opts out of the healthcare benefit because their spouse has a healthcare package where does the earmarked money ($35k) go (this is money already negotiated for that person in the CBA)?

Property tax alert! 🚨 Did you know: When teachers unions bargain for wages and benefits, they use a family of (4) four as a place holder for ALL teachers healthcare policies even if they are single. $35k is the number they plug in. It’s crushing Senior citizens on fixed incomes

.@NHSpeaker, 76, has yet to say publicly if he'll seek an 18th term and 4th as House leader. Former House Deputy Chief of Staff Debra Childs will manage Kofalt's bid for speaker in 2027-8. If Packard goes, @Osborne4NH and Deputy Speaker Steve Smith, will run as well. #nhpolitics

NH House GOP leadership gets a big W, voting 189-165, to cut Business Enterprise Tax from .55% to .5% in 2027 (HB 155), now heads to the Senate where it faces an uncertain future; facing a tight, 2-yr. budget @KellyAyotte has yet to endorse the idea. #nhpolitics

Teachers' unions are promoting far-left causes and laundering dues while student headcounts fall, teacher pay is flat, and math and reading scores crater.
