I broke my number 1 rule of not engaging online with people who tend to be divisive. Though I don't regret my words I do regret engaging. Been a few years since I fell into the trap of online engagement.

Yeah. bc those people don't need Jesus as much as you and me. I never comment on X/Twitter things but come on. The great commission doesn't say "only go reach the immigrants we like". I am so over this stuff. Why does everything have to be a fight for some people?.
Shocking: The church planting arm of the SBC (NAMB/Send Network) has resources encouraging pastors to plant churches for H-1B visa holders. This is why what we do at @BaptistLeaders is so important. The rot in the church runs deeper than you can imagine.

Unpopular opinion: Though I don't think i would ever do an "at the movies" series I am not against it as most people are. Good for churches trying something to get people to show up in the summer. If they are preaching the gospel and being faithful to scripture fine with me.

I was surrounded by UK fans at this game going completely nuts when we won this game. Will give UK credit 99% of them were really nice about it. Very rare to see from larger schools losing to mid majors. Gained a little respect for their fans that day. .

One of the joys of being a small church pastor is that every week I am able to connect with each family outside of Sunday. Even if its just a simple phone call or text message. There is a very personal touch as a pastor that gets lost when your church becomes too large.
