Had a coach tell me.. kids lack shooting IQ… I agreed !!! Type of shots, timing of shots, when to shoot…. So many parents/coaches telling kids just to go go go, and shoot shoot shoot…. Players don’t have an understanding of percentages anymore….

Reffing yesterday and it amazes me… the amount of kids that don’t know what “Shake” means. I told one kid to hit a “45” and he said … “Ref we don’t even have a #45! Coaches concerned with ref calls instead of teaching … we wonder why IQ in ball is low….it’s fall league

I got denied a head coaching job because they said my practice plans “seemed” too basic for the level that i applied for. Meanwhile my plan mirrored a certain big east program that had literally JUST won a national championship lol. Clueless ppl in power is hilarious

Going D2, when you could go to Juco and have the chance to raise your status to FCS/FBS level should make that a easy decision… 85% of my entire defense has a FCS/FBS offers! There’s D1 coaches at EVERY practice we have, there’s no better place for exposure to the highest level!
