More than half a million patients, 791 Phase 3 trials and only *6%* of them led to an improvement in overall survival and quality of life. Trial design and regulatory endpoints are the levers for change.

BTW. the other 3 boats on the tracker are supporting relay teams. Each swimmer “just” swimming an hour at a time. Jo is the only solo. Her support team report “she’s doing great”. 13.5 hours and counting….

Yet another reassuring data point that vaginal estrogens are safe after #breastcancer. 800 women all over 65 compared to 17820 with no vaginal estrogen. No survival detriment (a benefit possibly due to survivor bias).#ASCO25
