One area claude code is still superior is running background servers while it codes so it can realtime see logs afaict codex cli doesn't natively support this... has anyone figured out a good workaround? basically a way to pipe the realtime server logs to codex?

Counter factual: - I’ve had 5 MRIs in the last 7 years from sports injuries - 4 I got within 45 days (albeit at 3am) - max wait was 3 mths - no connections just my fam doc 🇨🇦healthcare is neither perfect nor horrible, rather it’s unevenly distributed (by locale, above all)

Live now. It's truly a wild world when these models update now: - the product gets 2x better with a 15char change to "gpt-5-2025-08-07" - the development of the product gets faster since @cursor_ai and others insta integrate - the company operation itself gets more efficient
