General Secretary @DaveWardGS on Radio 5 this morning responding to the OFCOM report. The regulator have no credit whatsoever. There is no chance postal workers of the customers will accept a 3 day USO or manipulation of the products to avoid legislation.

Hey @vincecable you’ve got some bloody front criticising the postal service after you were the one who privatised it. Everything customers and businesses are feeling today is because of you and your Con-Dem colleagues. Hang your head in shame.

Here is one of our members, overworked and under pressure who has gone back to work in his own time to go through the work he has been told to leave behind and find the birthday cards of a 94 year old customer. Postal workers are incredible and they deserve support.
