. When they get thrown together at an outdoor activity club Anton's mum made him join, Matthew's attitude leads to Anton to question everything he thought was important. maybe there is a way you CAN be a man without being toxic. 2/2.

My take on this book: Everyone is school is scared of Anton - his dad is prison for a violent crime, everyone assumes he is just the same. Matthew is the polar opposite - he's into fantasy and D&D and although he might be the biggest loser in class, he is funny and happy. 1/2.
