Fire on Knox Mtn in Kelowna. It’s quite windy and that is surely causing it to spread so quickly. BCWS hitting it from the air with fire retardant. There are thousands of people downtown and on the lake for Canada Day celebrations that will be watching this.

I interviewed Larry in 2013. A warm and humble man with a great sense of humour. He's seen as a role model for many young hockey players of colour. There is now a push to have him inducted in the HHOF in the builder category.

Carol Jackson was at her local recycling depot 25 years ago, when, to her horror, she saw a bunch of books being crushed by a compactor. Since then she's been collecting them and giving them away for free from a bookshop in her garage.

I really appreciate the awareness that @DrZoffness is bringing to the body and brain/mind and persistent pain. Pain is biological, but is affected by people’s lives. It all must be considered to best support people living with persistent pain.

Yes! @checkupcbc @ianhanomansing The last caller, Hana and her intermittent fasting is what I've settled into. I drink coffee but never breakfast, rarely lunch. Try to also eat healthier options when I do eat. I dropped a bunch of weight and two belt sizes. And now maintaining.
