AZ-104 is how you level up past entry level
It's a TOUGH exam because it covers topics across all Azure domains
If you're sitting at service desk/call center level and want to get to sysadmin level then gaining the skills covered in this exams will do it

Infrastructure as code
- BICEP - super easy to learn and read and supports all azure services day 1. Decompiles to ARM
- Terraform - trash compared to BICEP and harder to work with BUT it has third party supportability and that makes it useful
