Unfortunately he was found yesterday and the worst fears have been made reality. 2 months after he disappeared. I don't post on here anymore, but those few friends I have left here, I wanted you to know.
Tw Mental health. I need to get my thoughts out if I am honest. My world was turned on its head 3 weeks ago, and I don't know how to cope with this. I am coping, but it's hard at times. 3 weeks ago my ex husband, my ex-husband, my daughters father, and my co-parent went missing.

He is my ex-husband, but we maintained a good relationship. We were always respectful of one another and would always have time for the other if they needed it. I would never wish that kind of vulnerability to anyone.

We always let one another know if we were having a tough time, but this time, I didn't realise the scale of it. 3 weeks later, we still have no news. Police have their theories, but we haven't the physical evidence. This limbo is tough, especially on my daughter.

I was woken by a 4.30am knock on the door by the police. Considered vulnerable they said. I was aware he wasn't 'right', but you always think you have more time to talk to someone. We had spoken two days before about my daughter and how she's a light in the otherwise dark world.

Feeling a little like the world is imploding here as we deal with the real-life stuff that has taken my focus. Emotions are messy, especially tangled with my sensitivity and empathy. It's tiring, and it's hard. One foot in front of the other until I can openly talk.

My mum should be allowed to leave the hospital this week. Months of chemo and a stem cell transplant later, fingers crossed, this remission is long-term. There is some light in an otherwise dark time here.
