Anyone else having packaged marked as attempted delivery and then have it delivered a few days later? Feels like @RoyalMail is trying to make sure they don’t slip on quotas.

I guess I have to poke @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail in public before they answer a simple question of how you can say you attempted delivery when you didn't, waiting 45 min on the phone and still no answer.
