This was +4mph AoA was +1 path -2 and the golfer has his favoured fade back in the bag with not one pull hook . 👌🏻. At no point did we talk how the club moved just timing and body movement. Golfer left buzzing 💪🏼

Lots of this and a couple other movement based drills. Talked simple throwing mechanics / punching to get the idea of timing….

Added 4mph to this , reduced AoA by 3° , reduced path left by 3° and got rid of a wild left. 1 hcap golfer so can absolutely play just got lost in lots of noise about the swing. It was a truly simple fix ….

If you have been consistently speed training and you cannot gain speed, the first recommendation I have is get a swing analysis from an expert instructor who can help you with your mechanics. @TreMullinsGolf and @BorrowmanScott do a great job with this. Also, work on your body.
